Donate Food, Clothing and Household Items
Thank you for considering a donation of goods or food to Martha’s Table. Below, we have outlined several guidelines that explain the best way for you to make the most out of your gift to us.
FOOD DONATIONS
1. Plan Ahead
- If making sandwiches, meat and cheese are preferred, but we will accept all types;
- For other prepared foods, please ensure that the food is fresh and has been properly refrigerated;
- For canned good and other non-perishables, please make sure that the items have not expired and the packaging is unopened.
2. Packing and Transport
- Please pack the items in clearly labeled boxes (i.e “Canned Food”, “Perishable Food”, “Meat & Cheese Sandwiches”, or “Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches”). If you do not have boxes we may be able to provide suitable containers with advanced notice. Please sort the items to the best of your ability.
- If you are making sandwiches, please keep meat and cheese sandwiches separate from peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
- PLEASE COMPLETE an In-Kind Food Donation Form whenever you donate, we must verify donations for audit purposes. On the form, please be sure to provide a description, count and estimated value of what you are donating

- We accept food deliveries seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
